Thanks for your interest in working with NSCU. Our credit union has been consistently growing year over year, and we’re excited to continue to expand our team. Beyond simply fitting in a job description here, we’re looking for people who share our deeper purpose and core values.
NSCU has always been about the community in Northern Minnesota. We are a deeply personal credit union, and we place tremendous value on our community and our friendships. We focus on serving our neighbors from our four branches in Cook, Nashwauk, Virginia, Duluth, and Brooks Minnesota. We bring nostalgic personalism to the experience of modern banking.
In times past, banking was different. We all knew our banker, and we could call them and they would pick up the phone. This is the experience we’re creating at NSCU—relationships through thick and thin with our community. The spirit of personnel banking is alive at NSCU.
