Construction has started at our Nashwauk branch this week which will cause some disruption for drive-up services and in-person banking.
The drive-up at the Nashwauk branch will be closed for an estimated two-weeks during construction. The lobby will be open for service. However, with the equipment it may be challenging to park and get into the building. Members are asked to park on the street.
“We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience for our members,” said Branch Manager Cindy Stevens. “Being accessible and available for our members for drive-up and in-person is important to our credit union and we want you to know that we are still here in other capacities.”
During the construction, members can contact the Nashwauk team by calling 218-885-1600. Mobile banking is also available and staff can walk members through signing up.
There will also be in-person services available at any of the other locations including in Cook, Virginia, west Duluth, and Brooks for those.
“We are here for our members,” said Stevens. “We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.”
The Nashwauk branch construction will provide a better parking lot and updates at the branch.
