North Star Credit Union is excited to announce the opening of a branch in Virginia, Minnesota. The new branch, which is scheduled to be open later spring, will be located inside Super One Foods off of Highway 53 in Virginia.
“The new branch will allow us to better serve our members and the community by offering a location in the Quad Cities,” said Jennifer Stedt, Executive Vice President for North Star Credit Union. “We are looking forward to being a part of the community and growing our credit union.”
The new branch will provide another banking opportunity on the Iron Range. It will allow North Star Credit Union staff to provide consumer, recreation, mortgage, and business loans, as well as checking and savings accounts. North Star Credit Union offers mobile / online banking, which allows members to do banking while working and traveling.
“We are proud to be a credit union that is small enough to know you and large enough to serve you,” said Rich Crettol, Chief Executive Officer for North Star Credit Union. “We are excited to carry forward our mission of providing high-quality financial services and education to meet the needs of our communities in this new location.”
The credit union will be hosting an open house and ribbon cutting after opening. Details will be available when this is set.
