Lost or stolen VISA credit cards should be reported immediately to 1-800-234-5354.

For lost or stolen debit cards after hours or on a weekend, members can call 1-800-535-84004; or they can disable and reactivate their own debit cards through the NSCU app or via online banking with the remote control cards program.
