One on One Meetings Available

Each year, Medicare open enrollment runs from October 15 to December 7. During this time, anyone with Medicare can make changes to their health and prescription drug coverage for the upcoming year. These decisions are important, but the process can feel overwhelming with so many options, terms, and deadlines.

At North Star Credit Union, we understand that making sense of Medicare isn’t always easy. That’s why we’ve partnered with TruLync Medicare Advisors to bring trusted guidance and local resources right to our members.

Free One-on-One Sessions

We’re offering private one-hour sessions at several of our branch locations. These meetings give you a chance to sit down with a licensed Medicare advisor who can answer your questions, explain your options, and help you feel confident in your choices. Space is limited, so we encourage members to sign up early.

• Cook: Thursday, October 23: All Sessions Booked. Our Mt. Iron branch has open sessions on Nov. 4th. If neither of these dates work for you, please connect with TruLync for availability. 
• Nashwauk: Thursday, October 30
• Mt. Iron: Tuesday, November 4

Community Benefit Meetings

In addition to branch sessions, we’ve teamed up with Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Minnesota to host benefit meetings in Duluth. These meetings offer a closer look at plan details, coverage updates, and answers to your most pressing questions.

• October 24: Comfort Inn West
• November 5: Hampton Inn & Suites

Each meeting has both a 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM session to fit your schedule.
