Meet Drew
Drew lives in Britt with his family and their Great Pyrenees, Hank. He has loved working at North Star Credit Union the past few years, is a certified credit union financial counselor, and is passionate about helping people improve their financial well-being. A sports fan and outdoor enthusiast, he especially loves the Boundary Waters. Drew is excited to share, learn, and connect through the podcast.
Meet Jessie
Jessica, originally from Embarrass and now in Chisholm, is an entertainer at heart who loves making people smile. After 21 years in radio and fronting a local band, she joined North Star Credit Union and dove into the world of finance. A proud mom and stepmom, Jessie enjoys helping others and is energized by meaningful interactions. She’s excited to co-host the Financial Compass Podcast with Drew and Melissa, guiding listeners toward financial their goals.

Melissa loves life on the Iron Range and being part of the community. Her passion for journalism and enthusiasm for making connections shines through in her work with the credit union, where she guides people toward navigating their finances.
