Win a Mountain of Star the Yeti’s Cash
Kids have a chance to WIN a mountain of cash this summer with the latest promotion at North Star Credit Union (NSCU).
Youth, up to age 17, have a chance to WIN a $500 in a Kid’s Saving Account at NSCU by participating in our Mountain of Star the Yeti’s Cash Giveaway.
Additional Winners of $25.00 will be chosen for:
- Most Creative
- Most People in a Photo with Star
- Furthest Traveled with Star.
Details:
- Pick up a flat Paper Star from any NSCU branch location. We will also be giving them away at area parades and events this summer including Timber Days in Cook and Land of the Loon in Virginia. The contest kicks off with Timber Days on June 11!
- Take Paper Star on adventures this summer. Take photos with paper Star playing in the sandbox, going for a walk, swinging at the park, having a picnic, going to the beach, selling lemonade, reading a book or whatever fun experiences you have this June, July, and August. Make sure to be in the photo with Star.
- Have your parents or guardian send one photo or more, up to 20, of the fun you had this summer with Paper Star to marketing@northstarcreditunion.org by August 25, 2023, for your entry into the contest. Please include your name, age, city you live, and contact information for contacting you. To enter for the furthest traveled, make sure to include location on entries.
- One entry will be given per child for $500.00 even if multiple photos are submitted. All photos will be reviewed for the categories of Most Creative, Most People in a Photo with Star, and Furthest Traveled with Star.
- By sending the photos you agree that the photos will be used on social media and for marketing purposes.
- One winner will be randomly chosen to win $500.00 that will be deposited in a kid’s account at NSCU for the winner. This will require membership the credit union for the deposit. If child lives outside of membership area, we will look at another option for awarding the prize.

- No purchase is necessary to win.
