Dear North Star Credit Union Members,
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, North Star Credit Union has made a proactive decision to close all branch lobbies to the public beginning 3/18. North Star Credit Union will remain staffed during the temporary closure of our lobbies. All drive-up locations will remain open in order to continue serving our customers. We encourage customers to use our online services, mobile banking, ATM’s and online loan application process to conduct business. Our friendly staff and loan officers are also ready to take your calls during normal business hours to help you conduct your banking needs.
You can bank from your phone or computer with our online and mobile banking. Mobile banking is secure and can be used anywhere and it has expanded features to replace your in-branch experience, including:
• Check your balance of any account
• Transfer funds
• Deposit your checks
• Disable and Enable your debit card, in case you’ve misplaced or lost it
• Review a past statement
